ICAI requests for artices on Women Empowerment

This is to inform all women Chartered Accountants and other women professionals that the December 2009 issue ofThe Chartered Accountant journal will be focused on the theme of ‘Women Empowerment’. Therefore, the ICAI solicits your writings, by way of an article, in the field of women’s interaction with various professions including the accountant’s profession, role of gender and power, demand of contemporary times, society, media and politics, or, on any other topic of your choice, for consideration of its publication in the journal.

The article of about 3000 words along with an executive summary of about 100 words and your passport size photograph, ICAI’s email-id of the author may be sent at journal@icai.org /eboard@icai.org. The article should be the original work of the author and a self-declaration about the originality of the article should also be submitted along with the article.
