All you need to do is go to this link and download a toolbar which installs itself on your internet browser ( excepting chrome i think)
The features are many, just to name a few
1) Google search engine on the toolbar
2) Listen to 100's of radio stations when working in front of that excel sheet
3) Receive facebook alerts/email alers (set upto 10 email id's)
4) Constant news ticker
5) weather updates and much more
