Comments for reviewing of guidelines for Practice in Corporate Form

An Appropriate Committee of the Institute has constituted a Group under the convenorship of CA. Devaraja Reddy comprising of members viz. CA. Atul Bheda and CA. Vijay Kumar Garg to review the guidelines for practice in Corporate Form and to suggest modifications therein as considered appropriate in order to give impetus to formation of more and more Management Consultancy and other services Companies by the members for developing capacity building of the members.

The members of the Institute are invited to send their valuable suggestions to enable the Group to review the guidelines for Practice in Corporate Form in writing latest by 15th November 2010 by mail at group_mcs@icai.in

Announcement regarding “e-Sahaayataa”

As you are kindly aware, the service of “e–Sahaayataa” was launched this year on June 1, 2010 to assist the members and students in their queries/complaints/grievances of administrative nature. The objective is to provide timely services to all the stakeholders of the profession throughout the globe.

We are glad to inform that the queries/complaints/grievances received till October 25, 2010 have been resolved successfully. We hope that the same have been resolved appropriately and upto the satisfaction of the respective querists.
